After fighting a devastating war against Angels where two-thirds of the Human population was eradicated, 24-year-old Pico decides to settle down and open a restaurant called the Black Cat Bar and Café. Even though he was always known as a trouble maker, Pico never had any intention of joining a revolution; that is, until an injured Angel appears in his garden and wants to befriend him.

All Pico had to do was head up to the roof of some random company's headquarters and land a hit on some 'blue haired nuisance' and be done with it. Uzi in hand, finger on the trigger, Pico waited in the shadows for his target to show, and when he did the hitman's whole hit came tumbling down. Of all the people for his target to be, why did it have to be him? After a tactical retreat, Pico relayed to his client that this was going to take more time than usual.
