In the city of Sterling, two underground chemists Rob and Dave have synthesized the city's newest designer drug -- cats-by-stanza. When it becomes clear that something more sinister is happening in the city, a third party arrives who use unusual methods, like amnesia inducing pies and dance negating music to reach their unclear goals.
