Small town Kingsdale has never seen anyone quite like Lionel Jenks, and neither has Olivia Sussex. However, when Lee, as he's known, moves in and starts to change things up for Liv, she doesn't much like his presence. He's cocky and stupid, and Liv wishes that he would return to wherever he came from. Lee couldn't agree more. That is, until he finds some sentiment in none other than the girl who hates him more than anything.

I want you when it's rain. Because I can see us intertwined on the couch. Talking to the rhythm of the water. No destination or place to be besides in one another's arms. You'd kiss me and fill me with so much light, I didn't need umbrellas or rain boots. The next time it rains, think of my heart and how it belongs only to you. I think it's so beautiful when it rains. You see a different side of people. You see a different side of the world. He was beautiful. He was everything you thought you'll ever need. And now, he's no longer by your side.
