Writing is a terrifying act of creation that requires us to push past the fear of being known and bare our souls to others. It gives us a glimpse into our multifaceted lives, both as writers who share their stories and as readers who bring their own unique experiences to what they read. Writing serves as a beautiful connection to each other and our world. This collection of poetry and prose is intended for those of us who feel we have lost our connections and sometimes feel a little less than human because of it.

I'm always searching for something worth staying for but I can't seem to find that until then please don't mind me because I'm just a traveler passing through. When I'm not satisfied or happy I'll leave and find a new path, so just let me say goodbye... Can I say goodbye? I wrote till my hands bruised and heart bled. I wrote and wrote in hopes that some day, somebody will understand my words and all the things I wish I could say... Each poem is a story. My story. Some are fictional but most of them are true. I know you're curious. From painful heart breaks to high school stories. A person dealing with mental illnesses, fears and abuse. Won't you like to know about the drama?

I fell for the warmth that knew it wouldn't last.

This is me-no filters, no edits, just my soul laid bare in words. Anatomy of the Soul isn't just a collection of poems. It's my way of reaching out when words feel like the only thing I have to give. Here you'll find love and heartbreak, but also the messy, loud, quiet parts of life that don't always get talked about. Social truths, personal struggles, little moments of hope-everything tangled together. This is my art, my ritual, my offering. A place where I explore not just the world around me, but the world inside me. If you decide to step inside, I hope you find something that speaks to your own soul-maybe even gives you a voice for things you've never said out loud. This is poetry for the heart, for change, for us. In the past, my poetry was a way to explore and experiment-sometimes searching for connection, sometimes just trying to understand myself better. Now, with Anatomy of the Soul, it's different. This is my space to be completely honest, to share what I couldn't say out loud, and to write for myself first. Whether these poems find readers or not, they are pieces of my soul I needed to release. And if you do find yourself here, I hope these words bring you comfort, a sense of understanding, and the quiet company of someone who feels like you. This is my truth, my voice, my gift.
