From a young age, I have always held myself in higher regard than my family did. I believed that I could work anything out. All my classmates were in awe of me. I naturally exerted power over them, and they elected me as class representative time and time again. At home, a baseball bat reminded me to obey my mum every time I tried to prove her wrong. Why was it so hard to see that one plus one equals two? Being beaten and isolated in a sardine can for long periods of time led me to the world of words in the thesaurus to help me cope with my difficult life. However, I no longer recognise the person I have become....... Author's Note 📝 All of my writing and photography is original. This collection of poems is unique in a few ways. There is no cheesy rhyming, and no easy truth. The poems found in this collection are all one hundred percent true stories. My goal with these poems is to reach an audience that might need a little extra help in seeing that they are not alone in this big world. Each poem has a specific topic assigned to it, one small Easter egg in these is that with most of them, you don't get flat out told the topic until the end, turning reading into a kind of guessing game for you. This collection covers a vast array of topics, there may be some topics that can be triggering to some viewers, make sure to pay attention to the top of each page to see if there are any trigger warnings that affect you. Please give constructive criticism, I am always willing to do what I can to improve my writing skills. I have no prediction on how long this collection of stories will become, because they are always growing as I gain more experiences as a person. Take with that what you will, and happy reading -Oliver

Midnight Poems is a collection of raw, haunting thoughts-written in the quiet hours when sleep won't come and the dark feels a little too honest. These aren't your typical love poems. They're messy, aching, and sometimes a bit twisted. If you've ever stayed up too late thinking about everything and nothing, this book is for you.

The lesson will repeat itself until you learn from it. This quote alone symbolizes the tale of A dance with A Necromancer. A foretelling memoir of one woman's secret double life finding her in each and every lifetime. All secrets don't stay buried and not all Ghosts are dead.

──────── ₊⋆☽◯☾⋆₊ ──────── 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐬 is a poetic memoir of becoming, an unfolding of myself, one fragile petal at a time. This collection traces my journey through the fragile and tangled years of teenagehood. Through each poem, you would get a glimpse of raw and unfiltered moments of love, heartbreak, loss, confusion and even hints of clarity. The title is more than just a name : it is a metaphor of growth and acceptance . Each year, each experience was a petal unfolding . Some were soft like teenage innocence while others were jagged, stained with blood, weathered by heartbreak and resilient in reaching. Some were glowing red under the eternal sunlight of euphoria while others were withered due to the droughts of insecurity and floods of pent up emotions . But together these roses compose the bouquet of my becoming. Now I offer this bouquet to you, dear reader, and hope you find petals of your own and embrace the garden you are meant to be. ──────── ₊⋆☽◯☾⋆₊ ──────── 𝟒 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐑 ⟪ h i g h e s t r a n k i n g s ⟫ #1 in poesia (out of 15k stories) #1 in spokenword (out of 4.57k stories) #1 in personalthoughts (out of 2.5k stories) #1 in personalexperience (out of 1.57k stories) #1 in freeverse (out of 7.74k stories)

for the ones that were told they were either "too much" or "not enough" for someone to stay. a collection of short and long poems and occasional updates. "Sorrys are just something you say to avoid doing anything different or better." - 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐄𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬, Sunyi Dean ‼️𝐓𝐖‼️ contains hard topics including a mention of SA & SH. Amongst other things. I am a poet I write what I think. I write what I love, hate, and everything in between. I am weakest in my writing if you don't enjoy it that is not my problem.
