The first twenty are not up to par with the others, but this is an ongoing journey so I feel the need to include them. We all crave connection - people who will stay, support, and stand beside us through every season. But along the way, we learn a hard truth: not every friend is genuine. Some are blessings, others are lessons. In Not Every Friend Is a Friend, we explore the different types of people we call "friends" - the loyal ones, the silent listeners, the cheerleaders, but also the fakes, the users, and the ones who only come around when it's convenient. This piece breaks down the various faces of friendship, helping you recognize which ones are worth keeping and which ones are silently draining your energy. This isn't just a guide - it's a mirror. Whether you've been hurt, confused, or simply trying to understand the people around you, this read will help you see clearly, set boundaries, and heal smarter. Because it's not about having many friends - it's about having the right ones.

This is not pretty poetry. These are truths I was never taught to speak. Here lie the words I swallowed, the pain I buried, and the questions they told me not to ask. For the unheard. For the unseen. For the ones who feel too much in a world that tells them to feel less. I write for you. I write for me.

A Gentle Reminder By. Bianca Sparacino This is your reminder - alone is not synonymous with not good enough. Alone is not a weakness, it is not something to be ashamed of. No, alone is a gift. It is a foundation, a steady ground within yourself that will be there whether or not you sleep beside the tired bones of another human being. A gentle reminder, for the days you feel light in this world, and for the days in which the sun rises a little slower. A gentle reminder for when your heart is full of hope, and for when you are learning how to heal it. A gentle reminder for when you finally begin to trust in the goodness, and for when you need the kind of words that hug your broken pieces back together. A gentle reminder for when growth hangs heavy in the air, for when you need to tuck your strength into your bones just to make it to tomorrow. A gentle reminder for when you are balancing the messiness, and the beauty, of what it means to be human, when you are teaching yourself that it is okay to be both happy and sad, that you are real, not perfect. A gentle reminder for when you seek the words you needed when you were younger. A gentle reminder for when you need to hear that you deserve to be loved the way you love others. A gentle reminder for when you need to recognize that you are not your past, that you are not your faults. A gentle reminder for when you need to believe in staying soft, in continuing to be the kind of person who cares. A gentle reminder for when you need to believe in loving deeply in a world that sometimes fails to do so. A gentle reminder to keep going. A gentle reminder to hope. A gentle reminder, for you. Take what you need.

A collection of unspoken feelings, quiet realizations, and late-night thoughts that linger longer than they should. These words were never meant to be perfect - just honest. Maybe you'll see a part of yourself in them too. For hearts that feel too much, think too deep, and love too quietly.

"The Girl Who Outgrew Her Hurt" is my story in poems. I was the quiet girl with a soft heart, hard thoughts, and hidden pain. The one who smiled while healing, loved while breaking, and kept everything inside. This book is for the ones who feel too deeply, overthink at night, and keep going anyway. It's about heartbreak, friendships that faded, missing people who didn't stay, and finding myself in the mess. I wrote every poem from the truth I carry - soft, bold, and still becoming. This is me, outgrowing what tried to break me.

This is a collection of poems born from silence, survival, and identity. Written by someone who was told to hide, and chose instead to speak. Every poem is a quiet war. Every line, a piece of light. _________________________________________ 'And Strangle them with a rainbow shirt, Because Little broken boys just don't seem to hurt.' - From 'Too young' 'You're a man now, not little anymore, Still so little, Evermore...' - From 'My Favourite little Man' 'Would I too break my toys, if I did belong?' - From 'Mirror World' ______________________________________________ ⚠️BEWARE⚠️- There's too much going on in my poems ;) If you don't relate to my poems, I feel sad for you. For every person out there that was quiet, not because they chose to be so, but because they were choking in the smoke. Because their opinions were apparently not worth anything. Because they didn't know just how to say what they felt. For every person that is consumed by their own thoughts, the derision from the outside world only making it worse. For every soul that was drowning in remorse and anguish on restless nights. For every soul that says I love you in the dark and in the mirror because no one else does. For the floors we would pace while anxiety sunk its teeth into us. For the mirrors that we would break while shame echoed its laugh in our caged walls. For the hearts that would ache while loneliness was the only company. For every moment of pain and solitude in this world that feels too cruel for such young and frail minds.
