This story is about a girl named Abigail who's the oldest kid in an orphanage of sixteen children that is like a prison where the warden of the orphanage is an abusive manipulative woman who has no heart. Three years ago, her best friend Leo was adopted at the age of thirteen. He promised to come back for her on New Year's Day in exactly three years. It's been weeks since then and Abigail's lost hope. But one day a rich boy walks into the orphanage and changes their lives.
