When an alien race of Rwequeks partition a small section of North America seeking a rare material, Mitchel is one of the few thousand humans caught up in the political mess. In order to protect his loved ones, Mitchel must interpret for Janis, a distinguished Rwequek noble, and watches as government plots, underlying oppression, and his worst fears unravel. Suspended is a look into challenging morality, intersectional culture, and disability through the lens of a young man whose only weapon is his voice.

It's a collection of poems of mine written in the different languages I know/am learning. I won't be providing translation for stylistic reasons but feel free to correct me, if something's off, when you decide to read them. I hope you enjoy 🥰

"𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐯𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐫. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥." I used to think I was normal. Not ordinary, but normal. Yes, I did believe that speaking and translating over twenty different languages for a living was a normal thing to be able to do, and I still do think so. However the use of the word normal is such an...enigma to me now. It all started with a sweet, charming strangely simple man I knew as Steve. Others knew him as other things. Super soldier, Captain America, but I just knew him as Steve. He helped me understand who I was. It was hard to pinpoint the exact moment when I truly became who I was. I wasn't just good old Rachel Bennett anymore, that was for sure. I was something, someone so much more now. I'd been through struggles, a million of them, physical and mental. It took me a moment to realize that a struggle is one's greatest strength. Being an Avenger was one thing. Navigating life? Five talented teens from around the globe are selected due to their language learning skills by the HYPIO (Hyperpolyglot International Organisation) for a secret mission involving many governments. Their abilities will be put to the test in the Academy, a language school located in an unspecified village within southwestern Greenland. They will soon establish romantic relationships and long lasting friendships that will change their way to see the world forevermore.

Carrie Smith was only fond of one flower, and that is the humble myosotis, or forget- me- not as it is prominently known. But memories seem to awaken as she reminisce events that happened five years ago in her clouded mind. What could it possibly have in connection? And how about the swirl necklace she has a vague recollection of? Would her questions be answered by an indignant lad with three nationalities running in his veins? Carrie is very much bewildered at this taciturn of events led by this peculiar teenager.

A polyglot's wanderlust takes in the form of a gap year, when adventure through backpacking occurs. The love for the different languages spoken and learnt urges the will to study the cultures and lives beyond the boundaries of home in Singapore. A blog, a journal, a camera and books act as company on this lonely yet exciting journey. But meeting new people and experiencing new things; it's not exactly lonely now is it?

Hi! 6 years ago my grandpa died. So I was really upset. Still I miss him. When I thought him I feel so empty. There isn't the most important person for my life. The man who accept me how I am. He isn't here. I hope he is happy where is he. I miss you grandpa.
