A bunch of short stories to do with Remembrance Day, a gift to the soldiers who fought for our lives, leaving us in this place today. Arthur James is a soldier, who is apart of the war. He starts to question the point of war, and soon his religion.

WW1 set short story about the experience of a reular infantryman in the chaos of the western front. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Author notes: This story was my mock GCSE language paper, I liked the story so I published it and I would greatly appreciate any feedback. There may be some grammatical errors or lapses in articulation from where I have copied it from my practice paper but feel free to point this out. Hope you enjoy it, thanks!

A short story, a heartbreaking account of the curious behaviour of a lonely old woman. The whole village knows of mad ol' Lizzie, practically living at that stupid bus stop, but what do they really know? Warning: Possible triggers include death of loved one and world war 1

To remember all the millions of soldiers and courageous souls that have fought in order to protect our freedom and search for peace, I have written a short descriptive story focussing on the horrors of World War 1. We vowed 'Never Again' and so we commemorate the deaths of everyone who has fought and continues to fight to strive for a safer world. On the 11th hour, of the 11th day, of the 11th month in 1918, they signed the armistice and the world was allowed to grieve and recover in quiet melancholy.

People describe Hell as a fiery - as well as scary - place. To Enid, not at all. Hell is bright and happy, full with flowers - especially poppies - and trees. She always thought it was her imagination, though. Hell couldn't be like that, according to the priests, nuns, and church people altogether that worship God. What Enid didn't know was that she was the Princess of Hell, Satan her father. (Does not follow the actual, biblical-ness. I DO NOT worship Satan, I am not religious and like to sleep.)

In the quiet town of Redvale, where peach orchards stretch for miles and poppy fields burn crimson under the sun, the annual Peach & Poppy Festival is about to begin. But when orchard owner Samuel Greaves is found dead, his body surrounded by carefully arranged poppies, the town's golden summer turns dark. Lara Kensington, a true crime podcaster in search of her next big story, teams up with Ivy Thorne, a local florist with ties to the victim. At first, it seems like a simple case of poison-peach pits ground into cyanide-but as they dig deeper, Lara and Ivy uncover whispers of an old disappearance, buried secrets, and a past that refuses to stay hidden. When another body turns up, the message becomes clear: some secrets should have stayed buried in the poppy fields. But Lara and Ivy won't stop until they uncover the truth-even if it kills them. 𝕤𝕥𝕒𝕣𝕥𝕖𝕕 𝕞𝕒𝕣𝕔𝕙 𝟙𝟞𝕥𝕙 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟝

They say when you're in love you'll know it , because the surroundings make a slow motion effect and you can see your prince charming being charming and you stare at a very far position and look at him and day dreaming about him. Anyways the main point is that we've all had someone to jaw-drop and fantasise with but unfortunately for MK she still haven't had feelings for everyone. Will she able to have this feelings in this school year? Or is she still going to live her normal life? Two choices yet both go to a different path.
