You used to work at the playtime factory. However, once you found out about the big bodies initiative, you immediately quit horrified at the prospect that disobeying employees along with children were being experimented. After 10 different jobs, you decided to take a break But then you got a letter saying to come back to the factory and find the flower. What you didn't know was that the toys had planned for you to come back for a long time and Poppy was the ringleader behind it all.

When you return to the factory you once worked at, memories begin to surface- some good, some better left forgotten. The halls feel strangely familiar, carrying echoes of the past you thought you had already moved on from. But what you didn't expect was to encounter someone from that past. Someone you used to know. Someone you once called a friend... even if he would never agree with that title. Now the factory isn't empty like you thought it was, and the past you tried to leave behind is waiting for you. After all, some things never truly disappear and some people never forget you. After receiving a mysterious letter from a man that they never heard off, the circus gang have been invited to visit the playtime co toy factory, a place that they never been to before, Not even Caine knew about this place until now. But after watching a VHS tape a set of doors mysteriously appear leading to the factory, but after going through them the doors disappear leaving them trapped within the factory's walls. Now trapped within the factory, things take a dark turn as they must work together to salve puzzles, fend off the monsters lurking in the shadows, escape the factory, and maybe find the truth of what really happened here.

A retelling/reimagining of Poppy Playtime based on the events of Poppy Playtime Chapters 1 through 5. The story follows a young adult man in his mid-to-late 20's by the name of Cameron Wallace, who interned at the Playtime Co. toy factory over a decade ago as a teenager due to his father, Patrick Wallace, working there as well. After the mysterious disappearance of the staff just days after he and his father left, Cameron receives a lead over a decade later that his former co-workers may still be alive but trapped within the factory. Following the clues left to him, Cameron returns to the abandoned Playtime Co. factory once more to see if he can solve the mystery of what happened on August 8th, 1995, as well as what was going on within the factory that led to his father's suicide years after their departure from Playtime. (This story, like the original game, may describe unsettling topics. Take caution while reading.)

Wishing to find out what happened to everyone, and receive closure on the disappearance of her ex-lover who disappeared just over 10 years ago, she goes without a second thought. The threats that lie ahead, however... may make her think twice.... or not at all. Note: Some stuff may be different from the main game obviously, some toys MIGHT also get saved if I see it reasonable that they could be. Mind you, this doesn't mean every toy that could be reasonably saved will be cause life ain't perfect... good people die all the time.

Around that same time, a dangerous nightmare bug has escaped from Techno Troll Village and has the ability to affect the dreams of the sleeping. A land where Branch soon joins shortly after having a nasty argument with his brothers. In which the bug chooses him as his next victim. With minimal time to spare, the brothers and Poppy have to venture into the scary land of dreams in an effort to extract the bug and save Branch from an everlasting nightmare in both his mind and sense of reality.
