There are themes like violence, intense and sad scenes, death, and maybe some more romantic related 'intense' scenes as well (mild NSFW). This is a trigger warning. Compared to many other parts of the world, Southeast Asia was largely spared from the direct impact of Doomsday. While this was cold comfort in light of social unrest, political turmoil, radioactive fallout and throngs of refugees especing the night The Philippines, however, bore the better bulk of the few nuclear weapons that were targeted there that fateful day on the 26th of September, 1983. Which makes its resurgence as a regional power not only that much more startling and in more than one respect representative of the wider region's successes.

It's been a couple of years since the fallout and civilization is starting to get back on it's feet again. The only problem is that there isn't enough people in the world to create a functional society. In order to fix this, people can volunteer themselves to be put in repopulation programs so they can help civilization become whole again. The story is put in the perspective of a quiet teenager named Grace who is hoping that the program will give meaning to her life.

I've always been fascinated with stars. Stars. Even the name just rolls off the tongue and right into your wildest imaginings. Ever since I was a kid, I would stare up at the sky every summer night, and name every constellation I knew...which happened to be all of them, considering I memorized an entire book about astrology when I was twelve.
