Born in one of South East Asia's countries -- Philippines. It's a beautiful country because of its amazing landscapes, unique beaches, tourist destinations, cultures and a lot more! Behind these nameless amazing facts about the Philippines lies a sad truth about its economy which affects millions of lives and thousands of homeless people, the reason why juvenile delinquency was rampant. Of course, it's the parent's responsibility and to be blamed, but the reason why most parents lost control is the struggle they were in by itself- poverty. I am and I was a hardworking employee of at least 5 companies. Education has been really hard also. I've got full scholarship somehow, but the hunger and stress as a working student have pulled me off from finishing my college. So I got a job now. But because I got no degree, I can only earn a minimum salary. What happened to me happens to the majority. A corrupt company who stole our time effort, our overtime has been just "Thank you" and we get the least of the rest of our salary. I remember how easy it was for us before to have money when I was 10 years old. Me and my 3 siblings with 1-year-old brother. Money and food were easy because I have my three little sisters with me. Together we steal money and rob people without being caught, yet we're happy. Well, that's better than receiving a salary that can never pay your hard work. The reason why it's what it is? Corruptions in the government. These poems I wrote 10 years ago during that time I was dreaming to be an author. May it inspires the readers. I hope you'd leave some comments about it too. Thank you so much for picking this book.

«May your path be bright», he whispered the ritual words. Then Est did the same, pouring river water from a silver jug over William's hands. «May your heart be free» They looked at each other, and in their gaze was all the unspoken history. Everything that had been between them: fear, silence, warmth, despair - it had all found its place and settled. «Ready?», asked William. «Ready», Est nodded.

He's a gifted musician, but his past won't leave him alone. Childhood trauma, loss after loss-it all piles up, and he can't shake it. Instead, he starts tearing himself apart. The people around him try to help, try to pull him back, but he just pushes them away. He's this brilliant pianist, almost frightening in his talent. Music comes to him like breathing, but everything cuts deeper for him. He feels too much. When he lets his guard down, he can light up a room-charming, magnetic, the kind of person you can't help but watch. But the lows hit hard. He sinks into depression, sometimes hates himself so much he can hardly stand it. It's like he's always fighting something no one else can see.

In a world of full sacrifices, hindi naiiwasan na may mga bagay na mahirap isakripisyo.

Why did Clark have to invite Bruce to his farm? Of course it's not the fact Bruce secretly wants to deep down inside! Or how he wants to meet the woman named after his own mother.... or the fact he actually likes the thought of friends and told Alfred about it in hopes he'd force him to go. What is Smallville even like? I guess Bruce will see as soon as they arrive, after a long road trip that is.

Blessed in Poverty is not a story about lacking, but about noticing. This book sits with the truth that comparison can make us feel empty, even when we are held. That wanting more does not mean we are ungrateful, and having little does not mean we are without worth. It speaks to the slow lessons learned in waiting, in trusting, in believing that "not yet" is not the same as "never." At its heart, this is a reflection on inheritance-not of money or things, but of mindset. Of being raised to understand restraint, patience, and faith in tomorrow. Of learning, later in life, that what once felt like denial was often protection, and what felt ordinary was quietly extraordinary. Blessed in Poverty does not romanticise struggle. Instead, it honours resilience. It suggests that while circumstances may be limited, vision does not have to be. That poverty is not only something to escape materially, but something to confront mentally-and, ultimately, to outgrow. This is a book for anyone who has learned to see light where others see lack, and who understands that being grounded is not the same as being trapped.

Book number two in the mafia romance. CAN NOT READ AS A STAND ALONE. MUST READ "LOVE AND WAR" FIRST What happens when a girl with a messed up life who also has to look after her dad, brother and son meets a mafia boss? Will she let him in? Or leave him in the dust ~I quickly grabbed everything and the boys and put it all in the car. I then got into the car and turned it on. I drove out of the estate quickly. I looked in my mirror to see multiple cars following me. Shit I drove over the speed limit trying to loose them. I looked in the backseat to see ashton staring at me. "Ash, can you do something for mummy?" I asked. He nodded. "Ok, i need you to come sit on my lap and hold the steering wheel so it goes straight." He nodded and climbed into my lap. He took ahold of the wheel. And i took the gun out from below the seat. I rolled the window down and aimed my gun behind us. II shot at the cars wheel and it moved off the road.~

📚 Synopsis - Born Too Broke to Be Seen By: Aishawrites✍️ In the heart of Nigeria, where poverty often silences brilliance, lives Sumayyah - a quiet, hijab-wearing teenager whose mind shines brighter than her reality allows. Born into a world that only claps for wealth, her intelligence is buried beneath torn uniforms, unspoken prayers, and days where even lunch is a luxury. Ignored by teachers, mocked by peers, and invisible in classrooms where the loudest voices get the praise, Sumayyah holds on - to her faith, her younger brother Usman, and her loyal friend Aminah. When the world tells her she's not enough, she turns to the only place where she knows she's seen: the eyes of God. But everything changes when a hidden opportunity finds her, and her life begins to shift - not with fame, but with purpose. Still, her path to visibility is filled with heartbreak, sabotage, and choices that test her strength and beliefs. Born Too Broke to Be Seen is a deeply moving and suspense-filled drama about unseen talent, quiet resilience, and divine breakthroughs. Through emotional cliffhangers and raw truths, this novel speaks for every child who has ever been told to "stay in their place" - and dares them to rise. ---
