A young doctor named Kelechi Fountain is a travelling surgeon going from one country to another. Kelechi is a prodigy when it comes to medicine and science, he always believed in science since the day he decided to become a doctor and hated the concept of religion ever since, he viewed it as something hypocritical. He doesn't believe in prayers either, he said; it will never be answered because it is heard by a none existing being. But on the other hand he can hear the solemn wishes of people whether its for good or for bad, their deepest prayers echoes in his mind at times as they pray with their whole hearts. He had this ability ever since he was aware of it. One day, on the way to another country the train he was on board stopped by a station near the kingdom of Leanor, a kingdom in a continent where the lands are covered in snow yet surrounded by thick forests and bridging mountains. Their he saw a very nostalgic girl boarding the train which he had shed a lot of tears to in the past, which had also been his driving reason to become the best doctor to ever live. And from that encounter, his broken clock wrecked by the past will start ticking again. Who is that girl? Why does Kelechi feel nostalgic toward her?
