Open your eyes

The recent Paris attacks last month, has sparked backlash against the Muslim community. Society has painted this picture that the Muslimsame themselves are radical, yet we as a whole don't try to hear and understand the point of view of those who are not associated with this type of terrorism. This poem is inspired by three fictional stories that could relate to any person in the Muslim community.

For Foe Jackson, High School was a breeze. That is until, she starts to gain powers that no one has ever seen. She Is called to a new academy for people like her. Leaving behind her best friend, her beloved sister, and her family, Foe takes in the challenge of protecting the world and herself. Is her new ability and this academy safe for her?

Everyone stops running and screaming they still heard gun shots and some helicopters. "Cmon hurry!" A mand said to he's wife. They run but then on of the terrorists killed both of them. They all wish that's Paris didn't have to pass by this.

I'm sure most of you know about the recent acts of terrorism that took place in Paris on Friday, November 13. I ask that everyone prays for those in the world dealing with the causes of these events.

Read along as the main characters William Armstrong and Helena Armstrong battle against the islamic state terrorist attack in France. They are just two ordinary tourist fighting for their life!
