A story following a complex and morally grey family. What happens when tradition breaks? When the youth has to appeal to a completely unfair system? Note: I do NOT support jk Rowling but this universe does belong to her and it's not my own creation. The Whitmore family however does belong to me.

In a shattered world carved into two brutal regimes-Oléas and Aborous-war is not just a condition, but a culture. The sky is forever choked with ash and smog from decades of bombing raids, while the ground is littered with mass graves from the thousands of people dead from the war. Technology has regressed in some places, advanced grotesquely in others-weaponized drones patrol ruined cities, while rural outposts rely on scavenged pre-war tech to survive. The countries once shared a cradle of civilization, but ideological rifts-one ruled by a militarized techno-oligarchy (Aborous), the other a crumbling theocratic regime (Oléas)-have plunged them into endless conflict. Propaganda floods every screen, child soldiers are revered as heroes, and trust is a luxury no one can afford. Hakeem Mirek, an 18 year old, was born in a crumbling Oléas town where food is rationed, civilians are watched by surveillance drones, and where life seems more like a punishment than a gift. Unlike the citizens of Aborous, Hakeem doesn't care about politics or ideology. All he wants is to protect what's left of his family-his ailing mother and younger sister.

"In a world turned upside down, Obinna wakes to a nightmare that feels like a fantasy, he is the last man alive. Every other male on earth has perished, leaving behind a planet ruled entirely by women. At first, he thinks it's a blessing, every crush, every celebrity, every fantasy woman is suddenly single. But reality cuts sharper than desire. He is no longer just Obinna, he is a prize, a weapon, a national treasure. Governments want him contained. Neighbors want to claim him. Strangers would kill for him. Dragged between lust and survival, betrayal and loyalty, Obinna must navigate a dangerous new society where power has shifted, currency has collapsed, and even family ties are tested. With whispers of rebellion, hidden fortunes, and the government's secret Operation Find Y, his existence could spark either salvation... or chaos. But one truth is clear: being the only man alive is not a gift. It's a curse.

George Orwell's *Animal Farm*, published in 1945, serves as a timeless allegory of the Russian Revolution and a prophetic cautionary tale about the cyclical nature of political corruption. This thesis explores the enduring relevance of Orwell's work by drawing parallels between the themes and events depicted in *Animal Farm* and the current political climate across various global contexts. It delves into elite power grabs, propaganda, the betrayal of revolutionary ideals, and the exploitation of the working class, using modern examples like populist leaders and state-controlled media to highlight how Orwell's critique of power dynamics remains critically pertinent today.
