The story of a conman who finds himself in a most unusual set of circumstances in which he enters a town in order to pull his con, but strangely finds himself thrown into the bizarre land of Streel, which seems oddly familiar to him. And so he will fight his way through the world of absurdity that is Streel; and so he will meet a woman that he believes he loves; and so he will have to go in search of the Freel, to find the winged "slabberjank" and strike it down, facing all sorts of nonsense and absurdity on his journey through the land, for this is the task of right-handed people. Of course, left-handed people are really no different.

That's the writing stuff! You can find definitions of words in the dictionary, such as 'abbreviation'.

Here I will help you with any questions you may have about writing ranging from the correct way to punctuate dialogue to sentence structure. If you have any questions, just put them in the comments and I'll answer it! Remember that I am just an amateur, but I'm trying my best to help new writers out who might not be so well-versed in punctuation and grammar. If you disagree with something I write, then please bring that error to my attention so that I can fix it pronto. If you can give a better explanation of the concept, then by all means put in the comments so people can understand it.

Did you know that the term "amateur" literally means to do something for the love of it? Well, that's the perfect word to describe me-at least, when it comes to writing. I love to write, but the only training I have received comes from my hours of writing for my AP English classes, meaning that I am not really qualified in any way to teach people how to write a book. However, I've been told that my writing skills are far greater than that of a beginner (which I just think is a load of bologna), but I've been convinced to put everything I know into a small book to help other writers begin their journey to authorhood. I'm going to try to keep everything short so that it's easy to reference, and I'll do my best to make everything as accurate as possible. But remember, I am only just an amateur... (I will be updating periodically with more tips and tricks to be a better writer, so stay tuned!)

Grammar and punctuation can be pretty hard to do on your own. Sadly, in the US, children aren't always taught the proper use of grammar and punctuation in primary and secondary education. Or, perhaps, you're not a native English speaker, or have yet to finish primary or secondary school. Good news, fair folk. I have compiled a number of my notes from my Writing 121 class on grammar and punctuation. This class was taught by a long time PhD professor and professional editor. While this may not be a complete guide, it will help you cut down your mistakes by at least 25% (not guaranteed, numbers may vary).
