Laura Marano is on her way for a photoshoot in London. Little does she know that the famous band R5 is also going to perfom in London. Cassy's parents both die in a plain crash. This leaves Cassy, who is 16, and her brother Jason, who is 18, as orphans. Cassy is in a dark place, full of grief and sorrow from the loss of her parents.
