Her last wish was for her Goku to go on an adventure to a new world, that world ended up being Earthland. In my opinion, Dahlia is average. She's the main character in all of my chaotic, tangled thoughts and theories that I've written down over time all combined into one. She's pathetic, unapologetic, and a mess of a teenage girl. With that, she's persistent (sometimes), loving (always), and loyal (in some ways).
