I laugh, I breathe, I function, but I don't live. No one sees what's behind her smile. No one hears the screams raging in her head. And no one realizes that she has long been on the verge of losing herself. All this pain, these thoughts, the struggle, they make me drown in myself. *Trigger warning: self-harm, suicidal thoughts, depression, self-hatred* Getting help isn't weak, it shows your strength because you've done so well on your own so far. This is my new work which is a poetry. please be guided to a words that I used to it. Too deep to understand but too deep to be meaningful.
