In my first memoir, I shared the story of how love slowly turned into fear. What began as a relationship filled with hope eventually became a cycle of control, manipulation, and abuse that trapped me for years. Behind closed doors, the man I once trusted slowly stripped away my freedom, isolating me from the people who loved me and convincing me that escape was impossible. I lived each day walking on eggshells, never knowing when anger would turn into violence. Through it all, my greatest strength came from my children. They were the reason I endured, the reason I kept fighting to survive even when the darkness felt overwhelming. Eventually, the truth could no longer stay hidden. With the support of my family and the courage I had buried deep inside, I made the decision that would change everything. I left. But leaving was only the first step. What came next was something I hadn't yet learned how to do. Heal.

This is kind of a diary for me. It's just poems, rants and vents about my life, phillosophy and mental health. I don't expect anyone to read this, but if you do, just know Im 15 and english isnt my first language. Probably not all of the chapters will be english. The chapters are not to be read in any spercific order.
