cannot be read as a stand- alone. The Cosperians homeland was in war. They were separated from their planet, family, and home. Many had lost the passion in their eyes, which used to glow brightly with dignity They were stranded on a planet foreign to them. They were ready to do anything if that was all it took to reclaim what was theirs. To meet those that had fallen. To have retribution for their kind. <This book is a collab with Enqi, jcarts._, and my lil' bro > ○ there's going to be a book 1.5 but reading this first doesn't affect the storyline ○

Other incidents, involving the death of her loved ones , push Reem's limits, and she tries her very best to trust her Lord's plan for her, sticking to her daily prayers and having patience, يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ - 2:153 O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.

In a near-future New York subject to an increasingly frightening and repressive government, Laek, a non-conformist history teacher, and Janie, an activist lawyer, struggle to keep themselves and their loved ones safe while standing up for what they believe. After Laek is badly injured in a brutal confrontation with the police, they are forced to flee across the border by bicycle with their two young children. In a Montréal that the future has also transformed, the family faces new challenges: convincing the authorities to grant them refugee status and integrating into Québec society. Will they find asylum in their new home or will threats from across the border continue to put their safety at risk? Told from the points of view of the four family members, Cycling to Asylum, longlisted for the Sunburst Award for Excellence in Canadian Literature of the Fantastic, is a unique work of interstitial fiction from an exciting new Montreal author.

I am an awfully, awful writer. I'm the type that spends more time thinking than doing and doesn't end up putting much down. The type that starts with 'yeah, ENTHUSIASM', writes a couple of chapters and then just leaves it to... drift on the internet or rot in the depths of a box for eternity. So, to try and rid myself of this awfully, awful habit, I have set my self a challenge - a mission, if you will - to write a story based on a playlist I have on Spotify: every chapter will be based on a song and Laura, damn you, you WILL finish it and it WILL be good.

This is a story that I am writing for my own pleasure, and to a large extent, for my self-therapy. While everyone is welcome to read my work, I have no ambitions having thousands of followers or fans. I do not seek fame, I merely would like to find enjoyment from an act of writing and sharing. 'Kacper is a humanitarian worker. On daily basis, he deals with wars, conflicts, forced displacement, earthquakes, volcano eruptions, floods, droughts, forced displacement, outbreaks of diseases, poverty, lack of prospects for sustainable development of societies across the world, growing inequalities between the rich and the poor. These experiences make him outraged, sad and leave him feeling depressed and helpless. Yet he is also a typical product of Western consumerism: with ambitions of career, inflated ego, desires which are unreasonable and unsustainable. This story is about how Kacper is trying to cope with contradictions and dilemmas that his life has brought on him.' All names and characters featured in the story are fictional.

"El greatest act of love I've ever seen was watching my grandmother bathe her disabled husband after 50 years of marriage" Humanity might have one last opportunity, and it is called : ~HOPE~ Our world,as we know it ,it is based on The fundamentals of the rule according to a higher law. What does this mean? It means that every law enforced by the government must conform with certain universal principles of fairness, morality and justice. However,it is all bullshit. Looks beautiful on paper but does not work in reality as corruption and personal interests comes in it's way. The Murder of Humanity is a series of short texts that pretends to question it's universality, and it is here to stay. #1 PERSON is the first step of a saga prepared to change world. They come every month, and the best is yet to come.

Nata had always wanted to work for refugees. After college, we joined an internationally known NGO for good and worked there for some years. Due to some disagreements with the hierarchy, he had to give up his favorite job and find another way to make a living. He came up with an idea of owning a café, a makeshift café and struggled to eke out a living with his beloved cat. Then, Sarah reentered in his life and completely changed everything. At the end, his makeshift café did not only become a popular place but also provided enough for their living, and they also managed to contribute a lot more than they had ever imagined for at the cause of helping the refugees. How all that was possible? Read the book to find out about their struggle, love and triumph in a most noble and compelling way possible. Author's Note: I write solely for generating enough fund for my charity ISSLCARE which helps finance poor families in Nepal so they can send their children to school.
