Raised to be holy. Born into something far more dangerous. Seventeen year old, Evienne Ellery spent her life preparing for heaven. Sent away to a secluded boarding school in the Swiss Alps by distant, unfeeling adoptive parents, she was raised by nuns and priests to be obedient, submissive and small. Behind stone chapels and cold classrooms, Evienne learned early that love was conditional, punishment was holy, and suffering was something to be endured quietly Her future was simple: be good, be faithful, and one day do her duty-marry a man who would secure her family's interests. Her life was planned. Controlled. Perfect. Until it wasn't. When everything she knows collapses, Evienne is torn from the only world she has ever known and sent to live with her biological family-six brothers who are loud, vulgar, violent, and unapologetically criminal. They don't pray. They don't obey. And they certainly don't believe in God the way she was taught. They believe in blood. With them, she learns the truth of who she really is: The lost princess of one of the most powerful mafia families in the world. Her brothers have been searching for her for years, and now that they've found her, they refuse to lose her again. In their world of power, crime, and betrayals, Evienne learns that love doesn't always look gentle-and protection often comes with a body count. But as old family feuds resurface, enemies close in, and the past she was hidden from begins to reach for her, Evienne is forced to confront an impossible question: What happens when the people you love will never be welcome in heaven-and you're no longer sure you want to go without them?

Tagline: His oath was to protect the holy. His sin was wanting me. The Oathkeepers are an elite, secret order sworn to guard the relics of an ancient cathedral, and the powerful family funding it. Father Lucien Veyra, the youngest Oathkeeper in centuries, has taken the vow of silence, celibacy, and obedience. Breaking any vow means exile, or execution. When Isolde D'Amour, the only surviving heiress to the cathedral's fortune, returns after years abroad, she's targeted by unknown enemies seeking the relics' location. Lucien is assigned to guard her... but the longer he's near her, the more he risks his vows. Because the most dangerous relic in the cathedral isn't the jeweled chalice, it's her.

"Are you running away from me?" A playful voice made me stop in my tracks. My heart thudded in alarm, and I had to remind myself that we were in school, with multiple witnesses around us. He couldn't harm me here. I turned around with a glare, but the second I looked at his face, my courage crumbled.
The memory of him threatening to snap my neck if I reported him and his crew hit me like a brick. Swallowing my fear, I met his eyes. "Weren't you the one who told me to stay away from trouble?" A crooked grin tugged at his lips and he brought his face closer. "Yeah. But looks like trouble doesn't want to stay away from you." I blinked.
What? *** [muslim girl x bad boy] Bareera Omar, a.k.a Rory, thought junior year's biggest challenge would be adjusting to life and dealing with how people treated her now that she'd chosen to openly embrace her Muslim identity, and started wearing the hijab. What she didn't expect, however, was to get tangled up with Romero Allen - her school's infamous senior and the walking definition of trouble. One moment, he's bullying her.
The next, he's scaring off the guys who try to mess with her. They don't consider each other friends.
But calling them enemies doesn't quite fit either. Maybe they're something in between. Something along the lines of 'frenemies'. *** "So what do you want us to be? We can't be both. Either we're friends or we're enemies." "Lovers." #1 in stereotypes #1 in goodgirl #1 in badboygoodgirl #1 in hijab

Its light is sold. Beneath the earth, humanity survives on Lumen - the bottled radiance of a forgotten age. The ruling elite control it. The Church sanctifies it. The poor die without it. Lucy Farrow was born in the Gloom, where people disappear without explanation and hope is a luxury nobody can afford. When a forbidden power awakens inside her, she becomes the most dangerous secret in Aurelion. The kind people kill for. The kind empires fall for. High above, Prince Cassian Soleyne discovers evidence that could unravel everything his family built. As rebellion spreads through the darkness and ancient enemies stir once more, he finds himself drawn toward the one person he should never trust. A girl who could save their world. Or burn it to the ground. ⸻ ✧ ⸻ She sat at the polished desk in the Lantern Man's office, copying names in glowing ink. "Careful with the curves, bright girl," he said. Lucy straightened her quill. "Yes, sir." He smiled. Not unkind. Just heavy. "You've got a quick hand," he murmured. "That's rare here." She tried not to smile too widely at the praise. "Say, Lucy... how is your mother?" She dipped her quill again. "She's fine, sir." "Is she now?" His cane tapped gently against the floor. Lucy nodded, focused. "Maybe I should visit her," he said. "It's been a while." That made her brighten. "Of course, mister! You're always welcome." The tapping stopped. For a moment, there was only the scratching of her quill. Then the light above her flickered before settling into a slow, steady pulse. The Lantern Man watched it carefully. "Good", he said.

The Arabiya people are conquering neighboring lands, and they say that resisting their army is useless: their caliph lives and rules forever with the blessing of their god, and he can reward his most loyal soldiers with the same gift of immortality... Meanwhile, Narseh dreams of a child to revive his fallen clan, and this forces Lyn to look at relations between the two sexes in a new light. Sequel to A Bone of a Bird's Wing. (You CAN read it without the prequel, but don't be surprised if you have no idea how the characters ended up in this mess). Unlike the first part, this is mostly F/F/F, although all types of relationships are present :) As before, the author has no intention of offending any real-world religions or cultures. Like the first book, this story has little to do with actual history - it comes with a dose of postmodernism and irony. The slang and deliberately modern phrasing in Lyn's sections are very much intentional. And, much like the first one, this is a pretty heavy read.

Set within the polished but emotionally demanding world of Northern elite society in Abuja, the story follows Liyana, a quiet young woman caught between duty, expectation, and a love she cannot openly hold onto. After family arrangements begin pushing her toward marriage with Dr. Khalid, a respected and emotionally mature doctor from a wealthy, influential family, Liyana finds herself trapped in a life that looks perfect from the outside-but feels emotionally unfinished inside. Because before Khalid... there was Mahir. Mahir represents everything unstable, emotional, consuming, and real. Their connection is deep, personal, and difficult to let go of, but circumstances, family expectations, class pressure, reputation, and timing slowly begin pulling them apart. What makes the situation painful is that neither of them are villains. They are simply losing against a system bigger than their feelings.

Diana Mallora was a beautiful, high-spirited, critical, and somewhat spoiled young woman of the high aristocracy. Everyone who met her loved her. Everyone who spoke to her admired her. Everyone who knew her was mesmerized. This author is sure that if she was the protagonist of this story, this would have made a much better story. Unfortunately, she isn't. Diana Mallora had a twin sister (if being born with identical looks was the only requirement for them to be considered so). Her name was Dalia Mallora. The other child. And the protagonist of this story. She was an honest, quiet girl, whose major asset consisted entirely of looking just like Diana. Now, you must be wondering: why would I ever read the story of such a protagonist? To which this author must reply: Dalia Mallora fell secretly in love. And not with just anyone. Diana 's fiancé. And we all know how love makes us tenebrous. In a world in which lies and deceit reign supreme, a treason is due. And Dalia must choose: follow her heart and tarnish her honesty for the first time, or give up yet another trinket of her soul to her sister. Be that as it may, this author must give you a final gesture of care: This story is filled with suffering. Don't read it with your heart out in the open. NEW UPLOADS every two weeks on Thursdays, 7PM

Hell has been emptied of lords, princes, and the multitude of their subordinates. Their king has been causing havoc on humankind, deceiving them and straying them further away from the grace and virtues of the Almighty. Irreversible salvation was already achieved at the Cross, but humans are still susceptible to their earthly urges and irrational thirst for dominion and knowledge, which lead them to conjure unfathomable horror upon themselves and others. By the start of a new millennium, the Creator has extended mercy once more by redesigning Hell so it can eternally condemn and contain adversity in preparation for the Second Coming. In this new mission, God has chosen another unlikely devotee-a seraphim, a being of inextinguishable fire and ethereal symphony. Dressed as a nun and named Nova, she roams the earth investigating the paranormal to identify evil, rise above its ploys, and exorcise it, sending it where it will forever suffer the consequences of its vile existence. But in the midst of this divine purpose, she encounters an upright but skeptical psychotherapist named Dr. Dee, who believes in the capacity of science and logic, and who aims to explain the supernatural as misdiagnosed or previously undiscovered mental illness. They will collide and contradict each other, but they will soon find harmony, for they both seek to help and restore peace to the sufferers of trauma, injustice, and all forms of human troubles.
