WARNING: This story does contain topics like self harm, grief, and other equally sensitive topics. You have been warned. Julien-Clément de Mirabel is a 1796 french nobleman from Strasbourg who got conscripted into a war he never wanted to fight in. Follow his story and how he grows as a person as he is forced to eat, sleep, live, fight, die, and grieve with the peasants he thought so little about in his life prior. I'm a first time writer and I have dyslexia. This story is made without AI except minor spelling checks. Every word written on these pages were typed out by my own fingers. Julien-Clément de Mirabel is heavily inspired by furry character Edgar Doré Goupil by Tatujapa. They are both blonde foxes with long hair, play the violin, and are french noblemen. For the rest they are fundamentally different characters. If you want to search up art from Tatujapa and you are under 18, be warned that he does make explicit art. And for the record: I am not a furry. I just think writing anthropomorphic characters would make my story much more unique and memorable.

She gets banished to the Chamber Of Remembrance immediately, reminding her of her status in everyone's eyes. A traitor. A hunter. The devil's daughter. They don't see the light that causes the shadows. Being the fourth hunter, a Guardian, and Gwi-Ma's daughter, she has considered herself unlucky more than once. However, she's rather good at adjusting her sails whenever the weather gets tough. What she wasn't prepared for, was a whole tsunami of lies and mysteries. Nonetheless, she will break free of the torture rooms, no matter what. She will fix everything, defeat Gwi-Ma, and save everyone. Because the weight of the world is no longer pressing on her shoulders, it's swimming right in her hands. Her traitorous, desperate hands. Gwi-Ma plans to use his daughter as his secret weapon, to turn her against the world and people she so desperately loves. Every day that she doesn't escape, the bond between her and her friend severs. And every slow, agonisingly long hour in the Chamber, her mind spirals into insanity. Will she even remember why she wanted to break free in the first place? She has to. She never asked to be a hero. But revolutions rarely ask for permission. ------------ A KDH fanfiction. Fem.reader x Baby x Abby. Book #2 of the 'A Guardian Tale' duology. I highly recommend reading book #1 (The Fourth Hunter: A Guardian Tale) first! No smut. There's a love triangle.

The world mistook cruelties for culture and tradition, using them to chain women but they forgot: oppression leads to revolution. A revolution emerged amidst the battles for independence. While others fought the British to free their motherland, she was fighting to her own people. SHE emerged from suppression, a flame of revolution. While many stated, "Traditions are part of our culture," she fought against it. As a woman, she fought for women's rights. The battle was never easy, and the path was filled with thorns, but she was ready to bleed because she was fire. She was 𝐀𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐉𝐀 .

Title PREFACE DAWN OF THE WHITE MAN DAWN OF THE WHITE MAN (A striking, layered title that hints at history, loss, and prophecy.) Background Preface: An apocalypse does not always announce itself. Sometimes it arrives aboard a ship. Sometimes it carries medicine in one hand and a treaty in the other. Sometimes it smiles. This is the history of what we suffered. Africa's apocalypse is not yet to come-it is here. The second coming of Christ will not save us from the Armageddon brought by the white man. While Africa prays, she has lived in an apocalypse since colonial arrival. But who made him-God or Satan? Are there multiple gods? One question leads to another, back to the beginning: God's first creation, God's first machine. They came and asked land upon which to build a house of prayer, a warehouse and just a harbour. Then, one morning, the visitor raises his flag upon your shore and informs you that the land beneath your feet has always belonged to him. A black man asks: What did we ever do wrong? What gave them power over us? Is this our fate forever? Should God ask why He created any of them?

Never thought I'd join Blue Spirits, but you know what they say, when stars align, they shit on you. When I was a kid, life was all about my sister. Everyone I'd ever known growing up had some poik spots somewhere. It was normal. Then these freak kids were born who never got em. Clean, and my sister was one of them. Those kids started to disappear. It had to be the Supremacy, and since they had been coming around more often, I felt like I had to guard my sister with my life. No one ever really questioned Supra around here. They just kind of let them do whatever. But there was one kid who wanted to make a difference, and everyone knew him by his nickname like a Super Hero. Rebellion. The Kid Crusader wanted to be behind it all, and for whatever reason, he wanted me to join him. Blue Spirits? Well that comes later. Just let me tell my story, for cryin' out loud. This is my story. It's kind of slow, but it's still mine nonetheless. Buckle up, kids. -Alex This book takes place within the Inherited universe *See also Locus: The Age of Spring, for another book/series in the same universe that has mention of this character. It is not necessary to read it to enjoy this book. Content Warning: This book will include violent scenes, death, and deteriorating mental psychosis.
