just thought I'd write a story about Reynico!

Hey y'all! This is just a post- HOO story/rambling about one of my favorite ships (I know it's not canon), so I decided to take this opportunity to both organize my ideas on paper and practice my writing skills- so I thought, why not share it with you? I hope you like it- feel free to share feedback, it would be greatly appreciated!

Instead of Percy, Nico Di Angelo has been taken to Camp Jupiter by Hera/Juno. As Reyna falls madly in love with the son of Hades but can a relationship work between the Praetor of New Rome and the leader of Greeks? But the biggest question for Reyna Avila Ramirez Arellano is, does He love her back?

Alexis wanted her life back to normal. She wants to forget who her mom is and sit back down with her dad for movie night and munch on all the popcorn. She wanted her best friend to not be a demigod. And most of all, she wanted her books to remain as BOOKS instead of real life adventures that actually happened. But normal is too much to ask for, and when Alexis is issued a quest, what she sees is far from normal. Nico never thought he would see Reyna in person again. Sure, they sent letters to each other every week, but it wasn't the same. Seeing her again brings an entire torrent of emotions, and he finds himself losing sleep over the idea that he might never see her again. Reyna was glad for Nico. After losing Hylla, he helped her keep it together. And even now, she feels herself slowly drawn to him. But a horrible twist comes her way, and she must do anything she can to protect the one she loves. Will she keep him safe and risk his happiness, or will she let him die knowing he was happy? Lacey was only recognized for beauty. She had to play her part of the mean girl or pay the price of being the social outcast. She's certain she missed every opportunity she will ever have to change, but will a new camp give her a clean slate? Ouranos has teamed up with Tartarus, making them both more powerful than they could have ever been on their own. Only five demigods have a chance at stopping them, but can they. Alexis wants to go back to her old life. Nico wants to keep her safe. Reyna wants to save his life. Lacey wants a fresh start. How far will they go?

To be humble. It was the platonic ideal. To care not for the attention and admiration of others in response to the good you've done. That was the way it was supposed to work. Yet, when left unheralded and overshadowed, Nico receded. Pulling him back was an unexpected, but familiar face. REYNICO (No hate for Solangelo. It makes sense, and it's fine. Just prefer this pairing personally)
