Diana Rose was a name everyone at West Valley High knew. The guys thought she was gorgeous. The girls thought she was intimidating as hell. Diana, however, couldn't care less what anyone thought of her. She kept to herself, stayed out of everyone's business, and made it very clear that she wasn't someone to mess with.
Especially not Bobby Brown. Nobody knew where Diana learned to fight, but everyone knew she could. Bobby found that out the hard way. Not once, but twice. A broken arm and a rolled ankle later, he still hadn't learned his lesson.
Then Daniel LaRusso showed up.
Suddenly, West Valley wasn't just dealing with the usual high-school drama. Between Cobra Kai, Miyagi-Do, rivalries, fights, parties, jealousy, and a certain blonde-haired asshole who seemed determined to get under Diana's skin, senior year became anything but normal.
Johnny Lawrence and Diana had a relationship everyone expected. He was a jackass. She was a bitch right back. They argued constantly, pushed each other's buttons, and seemed to have an endless competition over who could get on the other's nerves first.
But somewhere between the insults, fights, stolen glances, and moments neither of them wanted to admit mattered, something started changing.
Because senior year was supposed to be about making memories, graduating, and figuring out what came next. Instead, Diana and Johnny were about to discover that sometimes the person you can't stand the most is the person who understands you better than anyone else.
