With Eggman in GUNS custody- sonic feels his life slowly growing unmeaningful. So in order to combat that he buys a place to share with his friends; bringing them all together again. However He feels a great magnetism to invite shadow to live with them also. Maybe now they can close the gap between being rivals or friends. Or perhaps a third option...

After many years of working and fighting alongside each other, Shadow and Rouge have created a new life together. AN: This story has a large level of worldbuilding before Zendalia even meets the rest of the cast of fairy tail. She is from a foreign land, so there will be a background on her home and her abilities in the first few chapters, most other characters from the early chapters will not be major characters in the story itself but rather to add depth, a few will hold some importance, mostly her family. She will certainly be spending most of the story with the guild and in fiore though. Also I do not own Fairy Tail or any other related work. Oc story :)

The Sonic gang is going on a trip to another place called Sycora City, a 2 day trip from Green Hills. Shadow is driving because why not. Sonic is next to him in the passenger seat, bugging Shadow while he drives. Amy is with Sticks, trying to teach her how to act more ladylike and to stop being paranoid. Silver and Blaze and snoozing in the middle seats of the van next to Amy and Sticks. Knuckles and Rouge are sitting in the back. Rouge is teasing Knuckles and Knuckles is annoyed, looking out the window and trying to ignore her. Shadow-rin and Tails are sitting next to them. Tails is sitting next to the window and sleeping. Shadow-rin is sitting next to him and has her headphones in, drawing in her sketchbook. Their road trip was meant to be a fun and enjoyable time to just hang out. But on the first night, they stop to stay over in a hotel in a secluded area. The place was practically empty, and they were the only people there apart from the owner, an old man. The place was dark and old, but the room they booked was more better kept, minus the dust. At night, Shadow-rin and Tails hear something, making them look around the dark halls in the middle of the night to investigate. The owner is hiding something, but they don't know what. And they don't want to find out. Your character is a villain in this story, mostly only interested in your own wants/ goals. You're technologically smart and generally nihilistic but also sophisticated.
