Kaoru Matsubara (a.k.a Powered Buttercup) is the daughter of her super rich family. Her father runs his very own business and her mother is the like the best in the world. Sooner or later Kaoru's father thinks she should have a bodyguard. She says she does fine being independent. But when she asks her best friends Momoko (a.k.a Hyper Blossom) and Miyako (a.k.a Rolling Bubbles) they say that she should get a bodyguard. So then 2 weeks after the whole bodyguard thing she found out that her father hired the RRBZ! She was so mad at her father that she did her best to ignore everyone except Momoko, Miyako, and her teacher Ms.Keane (her teacher). After like 3-4 months she got used to the RRBZ. But they never found out her biggest secret though. Now Butch has started to like Kaoru but doesn't share his feeling. He plans on telling Kaoru alone but wants to find the right moment.
