Lucifer couldn't believe what he had just done. He couldn't believe he had just broken one of his own rules. If anyone found out, he could be screwed. He had just saved that witch's child. The witch that had just tried to end him and hell itself. After finding the girl near the dungeons of hell with her body covered in knife cuts, the one to her throat making him think she was dead. The poor girl looked to only be seven. When she started coughing and asking in a gurgle for help, his heart started thudding. Catching himself off guard, he realized he was having feelings. For the first time in hundreds of years. Without another thought, he picked up the girl and swiftly transported himself to a hospital on the upside. There was no going back now. Feeling her soul leaving her body, he rushed her into the Er and left her on a gurney. Rushing back to hell he dove into the lines and grabbed her soul just as it was entertaining the line. Rushing up he put her soul in her dying body. Watching her survive was all he wanted, but not wanting her to remember him, his only way of no one finding out, he wiped her memories of when he came to her. His job done, he left, hoping that she would live, hoping to never see her again. Mira Castile couldn't shake the red sky from her vision, or the knife cuts and the shadow. For years Mira wondered why these images where in her head, and why they wouldn't go away. Or why the shadow seemed to appear in the dark when she was walking on the streets, but when she looked behind her, it was never there. Or why she is constantly in danger or in near dangerous situations, yet she always gets out of them. Now twenty four almost twenty five, she is truly on her own. And she's sacred more than ever. So when she caught in the cross fire of another dangerous situation and gets shot in the shoulder jumping between the man and the bullet, what will she do when she comes face to face with the man that saved her life as a child?
