What will you do when the one you love, loves someone else? What will you do when he breaks her heart and she comes running to you for comfort? What will you do when you lose her... again? This is Yash Shekhawat's story. (I originally posted this as a fanfiction on another website, but this works well as a standalone drabble story, so I changed the names and re-posted it)

"If love is the answer, could you rephrase the questions?" "Did you ever stop to think that even if I am a monster, I might be your soulmate anyway?" Randhir asked her. Randhir Singh Shekhawat, an arrogant, flamboyant and petulant guy who represents the present day youth. He does not believe in love as he feels it is a waste of time. He believes women to be inferior to men and hates his mother and is bitter due to a tragic past. He speaks very little and rarely smiles. Sanyukta Aggarwal, a courageous, compassionate, persistent and gregarious girl who is full of life. She is a vibrant and new-age girl who walks hand in hand with changing time. She is modern but keeps it in accordance with her culture and the traditions instilled in her. She is against the stereotypes and never hesitates to question them. "Why can't just tell me what you feel, because how you act is confusing me." "I hate him because I loved him and he let me down." "I never stopped loving you. Not even for a second, even when I hated you." He loathed her, wanted to destroy her. She wanted to calm the inner demons in him, wanted to bring back the happiness in his life. Once the heart is broken, it never heals to be the same. Once the trust is shaken, it can never be restored to the way it was. His frozen heart could never understand this poor angel's emotions, the deep love it held for him and when he to began to realise it, he had already made the damage to her. Because "It is not in the stars to hold our destiny but in ourselves."

A struggle of a couple who keep their love and walk their journey of success in business, their career. A tale of Randhir and Sanyukta make their vows successful while standing out in front of all those people who never thought of them to achieve this. Only with their companion as the above twinkle star twinkling on them always to go ahead on their business and love. This is my gift to my friend who is celebrating her birthday today @kbdiva.

Sometimes the bad things that happen in our lives put us directly on the path to the best things. All paths are same, leading nowhere. The matter is of choosing it with your heart. Life is unpredictable. 'Accept what is and Let go of what was' easiest to say but the most difficult to implement. There is no accident, everything has a meaning. Some people just walk into your life without a prior notice and change it. Change the direction of the path you were chasing for better. And then they leave. They are the sun in rain, eventually results in a rainbow. Life is all about chasing the different paths. Experiencing different journeys.
