Hector buys a vineyard in France for his retirement and fosters an attachment to Harriet. Hector's social milieu is formed of his aristocratic friends, Aunt Tilly and his Swedish girlfriend with her thirteen Siamese cats. His alcoholic chef provides suspense whilst Jane, his no-nonsense Sloane Ranger PA and two Scottish spinsters are the source of much humour resulting from their sexual naivety, revealed when they are hired to reply to the vast sacks of often explicit fan mail sent to Sir Hector. Two strangers in their mid-sixties come together to turn their dreams into reality. Their three-year adventure takes them through extreme sailing in some of the wildest and most remote waters on the planet, and they do it in comfort and style. Many parts of this book read like Action/Adventure novels and, at times, Thrillers. Some of the experiences, both afloat and ashore, are so incredible that some might consider them Fantasies. But it all happened, and as the adventure unfolded, I wrote a blog that gained over 3,000 daily views and grew beyond a million words and over 2,500 images. Sinbad is a pirate, who's life couldn't be more than splendid with his crew. He has lived a life not much of luxury but it is nice and calm. As pirates, they usually steal from others. Everything in his life seemed to be perfect fine until he suddenly seemed to steal the kings most prized possession and weapon while it stole his heart.
