The story starts after Ash returns from his Alolan Journey. He spends a few days at home until suddenly he has a vision of a cloaked figure calling him to train at Mt.Silver. He heeds the call. In this timeline, almost all the events that happened in the anime still happen except, removing a couple of Ash's unnovan Pokémon, he wins the Kalos league, and he doesn't release Greninja. Galar doesn't exist in this universe. Other than that everything is virtual the same.

When Serena is attacked and put into a coma by an unknown Pokemon will an old friend of Ash's help him realize how much he loves and cares about her or will Ash never understand these odd and foreign feelings he has for 'The Straw Hat Girl'?... He and his best friend Gary head to Kalos to find out who are the guardians of Xerneas and Yveltal. But instead find a certain honey blonde from Ash's past.
