Historias de Saudade

When I was younger my mother always spoke about this Portuguese word "Saudade" which basically describes the feeling of carrying someone inside your heart even when they're not there-their presence lingering like a soft echo in an empty room. It's warmth and emptiness at the same time, like remembering a sunset you wish you could step back into. It's not just missing someone... it's loving them in their absence, as if your soul is gently reaching for them across distance and time. I never expected to find someone like this especially not at my new school where I definitely didn't fit in... M.M

Salomão Diniz é fotógrafo. Machucado pela vida e pelas mulheres que amou, Salo já não sabe mais se está no caminho certo ou não, por isso segue os seus dias numa rotina mórbida e cansativa que tira todo o sabor e a cor de seus já esquecidos sonhos. A única incongruência em sua vida mora nas fotografias estranhas que ele recebe semanalmente desde que acordou de seu coma, após o acidente de carro que lhe deixou apenas dores amargas e pinos metálicos nas pernas.
