Do you know that wolf you killed the other day? She had a mate and four pups. That fox you shot last week? He was only nine days old. Remember that coyote you trapped in a net yesterday? He was hunting for his sick mother. How you caught that bear in a bear trap two months ago? She was sick. Animals are being hunted down because everyone says they're vicious and are killers. They say they'll attack for no reason when they're really defending themselves or their family. Join the WLF, and we'll rise up against all the poachers out there.

This is an entry for the Wattpad×National Geographic Awareness challenge #planetorplastic , which basically encourages writers to share their thoughts and experiences about plastic polluting our seas. I hope all who are reading this will kindly participate to raise awareness as well. However the deadline is 30.12.18 so hurry! This the story of Shilpi. She used to live in a village near the sea but due to various harsh circumstances she and her family now live in a so called healthcare center which is actually more of a slum. Her life has become a tragedy and only we are to blame for the suffering of people like her. #planetorplastic

Hello everybody! This is my entry for National Geographics writing contest: Planet or Plastic. The contest focusses on the devastating impact of single-use plastics - a subject which I personally feel very strongly about. Plastic pollution is a global issue and I believe that we all have a responsibility to change our ways and save the oceans before it is too late. Our choices matter and together we CAN make a difference. But we have to act now! ..... If you are interested in entering the contest, there is still time. Go to National Geographics page and read the rules and guidelines for the contest. Deadline for entering is December 30th. Good Luck to everyone who enters. Our voices will be heard!
