But how far will these twins go, and how sick can they get before Lalen reaches his breaking point? [NOT FINISHED]

The Clown of Santo Cristo was literally not a clown gestured with baggy clothes, large shoes and a big nose. He was not a clown to perform funny faces and movements but contoured himself to liberate someone from distressing situation. He was not for theatrical but most often visible on residential, parks, hospital, and graveyard.

This is a story about the soul destroying itself in its host. Moira Amari-Warden is from a clan of remarkable human beings assigned to fix any reality they are assigned to. Upon their awakening, they are honored with the name One-Like-Me (OLM). After righteously killing her suicidal OLM counterpart in another reality, Moira struggles with her own desire to be alive and faces violent suicidal ideation that manifests as what this reality would term a mental illness. In the year 2025, the story follows Moira Amari-Warden through her internal journey of self-hatred and her attempts to suffocate it by anchoring herself to her role in the reality. Doctor, philanthropist, mother. The story also follows her two children and husband, who struggle with being rich and black. Her husband, Eli battles his anger, self-awareness and alcoholism. Mhina, her desperate savior complex and Micah, his desire to hide from all of it. This story finally offers a coming of age for all characters as they battle to accept who they are. In the process, they manifest special gifts, skills and abilities due to their high functioning mental illnesses. At the dawn of a new technological age, this family's tale offers a harrowing look into the future of mental illness through an afro-futurist and magical realist lens.

This book is a sort of philosophical and psychological study on the causes of the disease. The book consists of two parts - the first part is a collection of considerations on the borderline of psychology and philosophy, enriched with the experience of a person struggling with the symptoms of his disorders on a daily basis. The author attempts to answer the question about the causes and nature of the disease. He presents an approach similar to psychoanalysis, and its concepts, such as id, ego, superego and sexual libido, are presented through the prism of one's own experiences as a sick person and further through the filter of one's own reflection. The author enters into a polemic with the point of view of personal psychology on some issues and presents his own arguments. Explains the meaning of the Freudian triad in the light of the concepts of philosophy and religion. In his approach, he combines inspiration from esoteric yoga, energy channels of nadi, oriental and Indian psychology with the thought of Schopenhauer, Seligman, Leub... The second part of the book is less scientific... An additional thread is the parapsychological habit (some stories are in the stylistics of parapsychological sensation, here and there a tone of humor and irony breaks through), seen through the eyes of a sober, not a sick person, enriched with the experience of an occultist and mystic. In this spirit, the author describes the circumstances of the Smolensk tragedy and the almost "accidental" and symbolic encounter with President Lech Kaczyński in the memorable April 2010. A journey through memory is also a journey through the world, because the described events take place both in Warsaw, most often in the Old Mokotów district in its housing estate, and in Wareham, Bournemouth, Saranda, Podgorica, Amsterdam, and Eindhoven. With his memories, the author also travels to an interesting corner of Greece. I

"Common sense, Gerald, is not a gift but a punishment because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it, now sign this goddamn deal like a grown man and stop whining about it" Atlas Lucien D'Angelo, the best closer in the country, only lost once. "Funny, yesterday you were willing to pay a million for me, I was quite offended, to be honest, I am worth way more, also that showed desperation and we both know in any other weaker firm, I'd be a senior partner by the end of the year, probably name partner in 2 years but it'd be boring and easy things aren't worth it, so take it or leave it, I'll do just fine either way." I leaned back into my chair. Skylar Artemis D'Angelo, a 16-year-old law prodigy. "You wanna know why I win? because I have the balls to get the things I need done" "If I can win why should I care about anything else?" The love for winning is something they had in common. Lucien knew he had a sister, after all he was the one who let the three old go and face the cruel world alone while he rose from being an associate in one of the best firms to name partner of THE best firm. "We, my sister are going to a casino" "I'm Sixteen!" "I'm Lucien!" Skylar had gone through hell and still rose a devilish-angel, a smart extremely intelligent and cold angel. His firm wants her, every firm in the world does, but she thinks easy things aren't worth it so she starts working for him, of course not letting him know who she really was but nothing can be hidden forever can it? Secrets come out. Blood is spilt. Tears are needed but so are laughs after all Skylar's past in no joke, and now it is not only threatening her but him as well. "This is me, Atlas, broken, murderer, assassin, object, an object sold for a mere two dollars so deal with it, and stop looking at me like that while I have to save your bloody life" Because the past is always lingering, and her past is more than just dangerous, it's deadly. (PS. A major plot twist changes almost everything)

This story is based on real events. This is written from the perspective of a child living with a parent, diagnosed with a severe mental illness. It is a coming of age story about addiction, mental illness, abuse, healing, family, and forgiveness. It shows the viewpoint of a child getting caught in the chaos, pain, and confusion of mental illness. Writing this was cathartic and painful. It forced me to confront feelings, accept harsh truths, and grieve the reality of the losses experienced. It also helped me to appreciate the gifts that the past provided and helped me to gain deeper compassion for my mother and her illness. I got to know myself and my family very well in reflecting on my life. In the 23 years since I left home, I have confronted my feelings about my mother's schizoaffective diagnosis and accepted the experiences of my unusual childhood. The complexity, shame, loss, anger, and difficulty of living with mental illness is not easy, especially for children. It has taken time and reflection for me to get to a place of freedom. Showing my scars no longer feels frightening. I no longer need to hide my truth. This crazy, painful, tragic, and beautiful life - is a painting with a thousand strokes and varied colors that don't always match perfectly alongside each other. The painting that is my life is both beautiful and ugly, and this is my story.

"Disordered thinking is what they call it. I can recall moments throughout my day, but I can't find the connections between one event and the next. There's a lot of blank spaces, in between other grey areas. " originally written for an assignment, I wrote a short story detailing instances that have happened to me during episodes of dissociation, psychosis, and mania. some of these situations were also made up and have never happened to me. I kinda like this, hopefully you do too. I also hope this brings to light how serious psychosis can be, and how unfun and untrendy it really is.

Montie loves the rain. When it rains, his problems melt away and June appears. June tells him about the good times they once had together, how they once loved each other, and who shouldn't be here but is. So Montie doesn't say anything. Not about his dark thoughts, not about anything. And he definitely doesn't tell anyone about June. Because June died months ago. And Montie knows how to move on, right?
