A young boy, Todd, begins to hear an ominous voice in his head. Determined to prove the voice is real, Todd begins walking around with a digital recorder to pick up on the voice. However, only he can hear the voice even after its been captured on the recorder. After months of therapy and taking anti psychotic drugs, which give him a multitude of negative effects, Todd decides to face his problem head on and continues to record and listen to the voice that tortures him. After his first week off of the drugs he begins to see manifestations of other peoples "inner demons." How will Todd combat the voice in his head, and are the demons he perceive real or not?

This is a BoJack Horseman spec script (screenplay) written in 2019, before the actual episode S6 E9 - "Intermediate Scene Study w/ BoJack Horseman" began streaming. It was the winner of an Award of Excellence in Student Scriptwriting, Television in the BEA Festival of Media Arts in 2020. Posting it here to share with fellow BoJack fans!

The story tells of a girl, Sam, who had gone through a depressed state after learning her lover, Juline, had committed suicide. A few days had passed and Sam wakes up on the birthday of Juline. Sam resists to stay awake because of the hurt that she felt but, upon a closer inspection on her own lethargic face, her reflection comes back to life. The goal of this unwanted apparition: to make Sam commit suicide. That's when her cat, Akemi, also comes back to life in a humanoid form to convince Sam to not take her own life. Debates and arguments waged on but was settled when Sam finds a letter handwritten by Juline before her death... Juline's wish.

Akito Kobayashi a high school boy who died at a young age, then he met Foaldir The god of life in the afterlife and offers him to be reborn in the new world with a special mission to defend the world from demons with Foaldir's power granted Akito to become a hero.
