But in each season I wrote and sung about something different. About what? Seasonal depression, fear of the future, anxiety, loneliness. There is also some courage, if you're able to find it. sometimes I feel like writing poetry at 2 am

September was good to me. But it was also bad too. [poems of my seasonal depression and other things]

a journey through the year and my experience with multiple mental illnesses that turn each season into it's own unique monster. an attempt to provide insight to my mind, and hopefully the mind of many others.

Just a short poem I wrote a little bit ago :) It touches on the feeling of numbness emotionally for me, but it is also up to interpretation.
