My parents watched with hurt as I was taken away from my pod. I thrashed around endlessly. They tried calming me just to make situations worse. One day later I got attacked and raked from top to bottom by the other whales. I hated them for what they were doing to me. My first show was a disaster and I got punished that night because of my refusal to perform. Later on I started lunging, attacking, raking, and biting-all which led to a bad case of depression. I whined and cried every day for my family but I only received the calls from the aliens. I soon earned a lopsided dorsal fin and over sized pectoral flippers which made spacing vary. My whole life was like a jigsaw puzzle that didn't have the right pieces.

Whistle is a particular dolphin, different from others: white, blue outlines and very red cheeks. These characteristics don't complicate his life... but one day, a question arises in his little heart: what's his true essence, which is his purpose for being like that. Only a place knows such questions: the Red Coral Tree, knower of every answers and healer of every illnesses. And so he decides to undertake a journey towards the Red Coral Tree. In the path he will meet an adventure companion, Flippy, a little white and black fish, with which he will try this adventure among fairy landscapes and magical sea inhabitants. Whistle and Flippy will discover the strength of team play and the unexpected friendship of both interweaved thanks to a red net. Maybe, the answer that Whistle searches he will find in this undertaking, inside of him, together with Flippy, discovering a truth which will leave him surprised.

This is a truly heartbreaking yet inspiring story about a dolphin called Mark who was born with two legs and his dream to sea the world. Yes. Sea. I hate myself. This is serious.
