YASH x SHARVARI He was the kind of boy who kept his world locked behind silence. She was the kind of girl who believed love was loud, dramatic, and meant to be fought for. They met on the first day of college by chaos, by accident, by fate pretending to be harmless. Somewhere between shared lectures, stolen glances, and promises never spoken out loud, they fell in love. ADITYA x SHRAVANI He dates with rules. No strings. No emotions. No complications. She doesn't believe in love anyway especially not for someone who looks like her, feels too much, and refuses to be anyone's quiet choice. They start off wrong. Wrong tone. Wrong timing. Wrong everything. Banter turns brutal. Enemies turn addictive. And somewhere between ego clashes and accidental vulnerability, lines blur. They almost work right when everything else falls apart.

She wasn't expecting him-just another customer, another fleeting face-but something about the way he lingered, the way his presence filled the space, made her pause. This is not just about caffeine and routine-it's about how one stranger can stir emotions long tucked away, and how a single moment can redefine what it means to be seen.

Shelice Nembhard was born to rule. As the daughter of one of New Kingston's most powerful vampire bloodlines, her future has already been decided: inherit the clan, protect its territories, and someday wear the crown her father has spent centuries preparing for her. But Shelice has never wanted strength, power, or immortal politics. She wants magic. Real magic. The kind that answers with more than instinct and blood. Her twin brother Winston has the opposite problem. Born with their mother's witch abilities instead of the full strength of the vampire bloodline, Winston has spent his entire life feeling incomplete beside his sister. While Shelice moves through the world with unnatural speed and effortless dominance, Winston dreams of power that feels solid in his hands instead of spells that keep him standing behind everyone else. Then they discover something impossible. When their emotions align, their abilities begin to merge. Shelice can finally cast powerful spells. Winston gains the overwhelming physical strength he has always envied. Together, they become something neither vampire nor witch should be capable of becoming. But their gift comes with a dangerous truth. Their connection is rare. Valuable. And in the hidden supernatural world beneath Jamaica, rumors of power spread quickly. As tensions rise between rival factions and whispers of an ancient artifact known as the Twinstone begin surfacing, the twins flee the heavily guarded estate they once believed was their prison. Pursued through the forests, caves, and forgotten corners of Jamaica by creatures out of folklore and enemies tied to their father's past, Shelice and Winston search for the mysterious Weaver, a being rumored capable of rewriting inheritance itself. Rooted in Jamaican folklore and urban fantasy, Thicker Than Magic is a story about identity, family, envy, and the dangerous desire to become someone else, even at the cost of yourself.

LOVE - what a troublesome term. It feels like it has no clear meaning. Is it the same as "liking" someone or something? But even "LIKE" feels like a weaker version of it, another term that doesn't fully capture what it tries to explain. And I'm not even talking about love between two people. That feels even more complicated. I'm talking about love in general. Like when a person says they love drawing. Why? Because it makes them happy. But why? Maybe it's because the body releases certain chemicals or hormones that create feelings of happiness and comfort. But even then... why only that particular thing? Why not something else?? It could be anything... so why that one specific thing? Or that one specific person? There are so many words that feel close to it - attraction, affection, liking, obsession... countless of them. But still, people say "love". And when someone says, "love is fake," then is it really love they are talking about? Or something else entirely? Who could even explain it clearly? Probably not someone who has never truly understood it. Never attached to anything. Never even had a favorite color. Someone who gets bored easily, never focused, never dated anyone, and was never allowed to. A person with zero experience of love.

Notes from a Growing Life is neither a guide nor a promise of quick answers. It is a yearly journal - written throughout the year 2026 - about inner processes, growth, spirituality, psychology, and the ordinary human experience. This book arose from silence. From moments when no one was there to talk - and writing became a space where everything was allowed. Here you can find personal experiences, thoughts, and reflections. Some may inspire thought, some may open new perspectives, and some may simply be a quiet, cozy embrace. Each chapter is first published in German and then in English. Anything shared here may be read at your own risk. This book grows with me - and maybe a little bit with you. Take only what feels right for you from these pages.
