Deanne is tall, and that makes her the brunt of everyone's jokes, ever since she was a child in grade school. Now, being 20 and 6-foot-7, the harassment still doesn't stop, even on a movie set. Thanks to her father, she was chosen to be an extra in Elvis Presley's new movie Kid Galahad. That means being close to and maybe even being friends with her six-year-long star-crush. This is too good to be true! She knows, though, that there's absolutely no chance with him because she's seven inches taller than he is, and he's a world-famous star who has a teen girlfriend who he met in Germany. No other woman has a chance with him, besides Joan Blackman, who plays his love interest in the movie, and who he is in love with. He also has another girlfriend Anita Wood. So, yes, Deanne doesn't have a chance. He has two girlfriends, he's in love with another woman, and... guys don't like tall girls. Elvis is intrigued with this very tall girl who becomes his coworker on the movie set. She is kind, funny and extremely pretty, but she has a lack of self-esteem since she seems to be hassled and made fun of because of her height - no one sees the real her since her height masks it. Well, maybe he can do something about this so she can see herself as an incredible and beautiful individual, inside and out. Falling for her is a possibility, regardless of his teen girlfriend Priscilla, other girlfriend Anita Wood, and love for his co-star Joan.

embreigh cameron , sarah's younger sister , people swear the 2 could be twins. they inseparable. even though embreigh is a year younger , they get along better than anyone else . they share secrets only themselves know . embreigh is the 'goddess' of the island , the 'queen b' , the 'princess' . not just for her beauty , but from her name and reputation. also how she doesn't give a fuck. she'll be so nice one minute , but if your mean she's meaner. it depends who you are to how she treats you. she's silently battling her bad mental health . her step mother rose secretly abusing her. her brother rafe has tried to kill her.. so has her dad , well he didn't do it but he sent someone else to do it. embreigh is fighting trauma that no 16 year old should have to face. leaving her with permanent scars and fear. although she acts all perfect and fine , she's really just bottling it up . she doesn't know how much more she can bottle without exploding. she comes across a beautiful, blonde boy , the opposite of embreigh , unlike her he is a pouge . she try's to tell herself she won't fall for this boy. but oh how she falls for the boy. little does she know , he feels the exact same. he can easily spot that she isn't right , and that she is going through a lot but he doesn't know what to do . one of his bestfriends , kiara . hates everything about embreigh . whether she is jealous of her or she just hates her for a reason she doesn't tell anyone. even embreigh doesn't know why , they used to be best friend. In a future world, the society has been divided in two: the affected and the normal. Reagan is a recently adopted girl, which is affected and has issues with her inner self. She is obsessed with perfection with a point in which she can't be in control of herself. Thomas is an affected boy and has a turbulent past. Chased by the voices of his ghosts, he believes that the society can improve by eliminating the label of affected. When they meet in an Hotel in Italy, Thomas tries to make Reagan feel better of herself, while Reagan tries to... well, she doesn't even try. She gets in trouble each and every day, draggin Thomas with her. But soon they realize that their fathers had been lying to both of them, too much time.
