Hello, there. This is a book of a collection of my experiences expressed into words. Some may resonate with you and others may might as well be food for thought. It took me some time to find the courage to do this so I truly hope this is a literary experience you truly like and maybe even reflect on if it applies to a certain point in your lives. minsung slay

The first souls set foot upon some of the last remaining infrastructure since the famine. Amongst the psithurism of the foliage, a new sound emerges, that of footsteps. The rails stretch into the foggy distance. The quartet prepares their things and heads into the fog, along the TRANETRACKS.

I Hate You! (Antonym Series #1) Gusto ko ang kulay asul, tulad ng malalim na tubig. Simula bata pa ako hanggang ngayon, gusto ko ang kulay asul. Di ko alam bakit, basta nakakaakit. The earth shook in fear, as the seas rolled and rose into the darkening skies above. The soil went first, trees uprooted from their earthen beds as the tall, sky-scratching concrete structures went asunder. Then, the skies rained heavily as if the heavens wanted to wash every single thing it deemed impure away, slowly drowning the small crust of green we called home like a tightening noose. In this rusting twenty-seven-meter boat, crewed by the seven of us who used to just be friends of the same school, and an old, fatherly captain, this is what is left of home. We lived here, laughed and cried under the rolling of the seas as we tried to get back everything that had slipped from our fingers. The horizon over there offers no promises for us. Only that faint, stubborn line where sky meets sea, where somewhere beyond it, a speck of land resides somewhere in the endless blue, the land where we should build anew and live as ourselves again. But, until we had traversed this vast and empty heaven, we shall sail towards the end of it, gently.

Having a couple more years to live in this world is full of pain and sorrow, but not to Alayna. She is completely ready to die, and leave this world soon. Until they moved in this new city, where she realized the true meaning of life. But as she realized that, time's running out for her.

We all have dreams and hopes and goals in life. This is a story about a sweet old man who lived by the book all his life. He lived by the rules laid out to him by his elders. He loved his wife, provided for his children and worked till the last breath he ever took on this earth. P.S. : It is a short story. It is Indian, and so for all the Indian words that you see I have written the translation.
