He was tied up in a room and drained of his guiding energy by the sentinel until he died of exhaustion. Strangely he had the same name as Storm. After finding himself in a familiar setting his first move is to get registered as an official guide. After testing it is revealed that he is an S level guide with an A level Ambient guidance . Storm finds himself now working for the government as an S level guide with an over 90% match with all Espers. Join him as he enjoys the privileges of his new life.
