Outmoded cultures are cultural practices that are dehumanizing and needs to be abolished in the society. An outmoded culture is archaic and very harmful to certain individuals. Examples of such practices are ; female genital mutilation, child betrothal and marriage, cruel widowhood rites, trokosi system, tribal marks and many more. They're very common in most African countries and some really need to be abolished.
