This is how I express my feelings though it is not good to express by posting it on social media with a direct negative impact on the person I am referring to, this is the way how I breath out my depression, anxiety, stress, and happiness. Ito ay nangyari talaga pero binago ko lang ang ibang parte pero isa ito sa hindi ko malilimutang alaala galing sa isang kaibigan, hindi niya ito tinuro sakin pero nong sinabi niya sumisikip ang kaniyang dibdib kapag nakaka kita sya ng mga pulubi o walang makain kaya binibigyan yan iyon ng pera o pagkain ng hindi nag aalinlangan, sa kaniyang ginawa ay na impluwensyahan niya ako na wag maging maramot sa kapuwa, at kung merong maibibigay ay mag bigay. She's Wella Jen sa kanya ko natutunan yun pero lumipat na siya sa ibang school pero hindi ko pa den nalilimutan ang mga alaala namin na mag kaibigan, and last wag kayong mag dalawang isip tumulong sa kapuwa lalo na sa nangangailangan at tumulong ng walang hinihinging kapalit. god bless!!🌷❤️
