Denki has had a hard life. Being abnormally smart might seem like a good thing, but in reality it made everyone around him bitter and full of hatred. His father especially hated his smarts and his quirk, often times beating him for things he cannot control. One fateful day, he runs into a kid named Katsuki Bakugo, who's family ended up taking him in and made him see a new perspective on life. Mentions of abuse and depression!!!!! His son Shoto Todoroki the youngest son of the Todoroki's also goes to UA, he's even childhood friends with Ejiro Kirishima. (We were making this do to some (at the time) issues with one of the authors health. But, we didn't want to stop completely just to make story. We already know how the story's in the back ground. So, this for the reader gives an idea of what was experienced in past events that were mentioned. But to also give us some ideas to hint to in the main books.
