This story is about the world's most famous hedgehog, the fastest thing in the multiverse, and of course the hero of Green Hill, the great Sonic, and also the Freedom Fighters, the force that protects Earth against Dr. Ivo Robotnik, better known as Dr. Eggman. Well, let's follow the craziness, the fun, and of course, moments of tension and tears, but as we know, sadness isn't forever, because with people around you, you can smile. The timeline is more or less like this: Sonic has been a hero since he was 12, met Tails at 13, fought Robotnik for the first time at 14, started dating Amy at 15, and now at 16, the adventures continue. So with all that explained, let's go!

After Sam and Sonic defeated Dr. Eggman and sent him packing, them and their friends decide to go on a well-earned vacation. This leaves Ruby and the others to themselves. She thinks this is a perfect opportunity to kick back and relax. Unfortunately, an old rival is coming back for more. But this time, he's brought a friend, and Ruby will need help. That's where Silver comes in. He knows about the upcoming events, but he needs to convince the Gillman family to let him help. Will he be successful? But Metal Sonic moved him out of the way and got shot. But what Eggman did not know was the fact that the weapon made a portal and sucked Metal Sonic into another dimension. The Sonic gang is going on a trip to another place called Sycora City, a 2 day trip from Green Hills. Shadow is driving because why not. Sonic is next to him in the passenger seat, bugging Shadow while he drives. Amy is with Sticks, trying to teach her how to act more ladylike and to stop being paranoid. Silver and Blaze and snoozing in the middle seats of the van next to Amy and Sticks. Knuckles and Rouge are sitting in the back. Rouge is teasing Knuckles and Knuckles is annoyed, looking out the window and trying to ignore her. Shadow-rin and Tails are sitting next to them. Tails is sitting next to the window and sleeping. Shadow-rin is sitting next to him and has her headphones in, drawing in her sketchbook. Their road trip was meant to be a fun and enjoyable time to just hang out. But on the first night, they stop to stay over in a hotel in a secluded area. The place was practically empty, and they were the only people there apart from the owner, an old man. The place was dark and old, but the room they booked was more better kept, minus the dust. At night, Shadow-rin and Tails hear something, making them look around the dark halls in the middle of the night to investigate. The owner is hiding something, but they don't know what. And they don't want to find out.
