Nonmagic au, Simon and Baz meet at a concert and find out they are going to uni together, Baz an aspiring musician and Simon a boy who doesn't know his place in the world. The two find each other, and a friendship eventually grows into something more. Life throws its challenges at them as they grow older, but is it enough to tear their love apart? This is my first fic, I don't really know exactly where I'm going with it, and I suck at writing summaries. But its going to be full of angst and fluff and more angst :-)

Watford plays a game, where someone asks a question and everyone in the group has to answer truthfully. What happens when someone asks a question that was meant to stay silenced? Will Baz's secret come out?

Simon Snow had always been an odd child, but most foster parents were willing to overlook it for the poor blue-eyed child that he had been. However he was 11 now, and nobody wants him now. Until a strange couple shows up one day saying that he's there child. From there Simon is pushed into a new world of fancy balls in clothes that are scratchy and new, a pair of crazy parents with even crazier standards, private schools filled with scheming snakes instead of students, and the worst of all, Tyrannus Basilton Grimm-Pitch, or Baz, who seems to be right behind every turn, tunnel and trick. Simon Snow is complete package. He's got good looks, good strength, a good-- well, a mediocre brain. But anyways, he's also all Basilton Grimm-Pitch has ever wanted. For the last seven years or so. Except, now that Baz has Snow all to himself... It's not all he'd ever imagined. And it's not that Simon isn't still good looking, strong, and mildly smart. Simon's just...different. Good or bad different? Who knows? Certainly not Baz.

Baz gets hurt during a football practice and is too weak to spell the pain away. When Simon sees Baz so vulnerable, he offers him a scone. The start of an uneasy alliance between the two turns into a secret romance.

This story takes place 3 years after the events of the final book in the Carry On trilogy- Any Way the Wind Blows by Rainbow Rowell. It does contain spoilers! These characters are not mine, and any and all places/people/things are fictional. Any resemblance to a real life occurrence is unintended. I hope you enjoy!! Simon Snow thought he was going to die before he ever got to settle down. No- he was CONVINCED he would. At the time, he was also convinced he was straight... and that his lifelong enemy, Basilton Grimm-Pitch, was a complete and utter wanker. But times have changed. He's 23 with his own flat, living with the love of his life and their dog who-might-be-a-demon-from-hell-but-they-aren't-sure, and he gets to watch his friends settle down. Things are good. Things are calm. Until his ex-girlfriend and current close friend Agatha announces her marriage- which she wants Simon to be a part of. Confronting his emotions, re-meeting old classmates, and and trying to pick a suit may be the least of his problems. His biggest one may come in the form of a tall, handsome, and incredibly suspicious man that once sat two seats behind him in his Ancient-Literature class. Watch as Simon and friends try to piece together their futures, and fall in love all over again. Welcome back to the magic.

Everyone has a small black heart tattoo on their wrist. You have that small black tattoo until you find your soulmate. When you find your soulmate the heart turns red. The tattoo also tells you when your soulmate dies, once you find your soulmate it gives you the date of their death. Once your soulmate dies the heart disappears. However, your soulmate cannot see the date that they die and you are not permitted to tell them. Just some shit to do on SnowBaz day, because I was like twelve and obsessed when I wrote this.

Simon never really felt too sure of himself in any aspect of his life; But now-with Baz-he was sure for the first time. Sure of his place and where he belongs; Sure that he loves Baz and is loved back; Sure of what he wants and of what he needs: Baz. He is where he belongs. Simon and Baz. Baz and Simon.
