if you're my fan from yt you're welcome. In the original universe, we know that Dazai left the port mafia but chuuya stayed. but what if...things was the opposite? both have their own reasons to be who they were, but both couldn't understand each other's struggles or their background. Chuuya found himself to be saving people in the present, an attempt to wash away all the filth on his hands during the darkest times. But in return, his partner was left to control the port mafia . in this world, things are different.

Dazai is so fed up on commiting suicide with another lady. So fed up on it, that he nearly forgets about his forever crush Chuuya, who is in love with him back. Chuuya is constantly in pain, longing for Dazai to be his... Go through a journey of pain, longing, but most importantly, love, as two childhood rivals and mafia partners turn into lovers.

Chuuya is an artist and becomes obsessed with Dazai's work then slowly, Dazai himself. Dazai is a writer and becomes obsessed with Chuuya's work, then slowly Chuuya himself. or a very slow burn love story between a writer and an artist but they're both obsessed with each other and each other's work. inspired by multiple authors on AO3, Tumbl, and the question: 'ever been obsessed with someone's work so much you've gotten obsessed with them?' warning for their respective chapters disclaimer: if you are feeling like you're not enough or your work sucks, just know you are not alone. please don't listen to those voices, you're better than what those voices say. you're better than that.
