"Worth It?" is a fictional story about a crazy murderer kidnapping a woman who runs a crime watch program because he worries he may get reported to the police although he has information that the woman will want so he hopes to make a deal. (It's best to read ending 1 before reading ending 2)

Todd Kramer is an icon to the people of Torralesville, Tennessee. Everybody knows his name, even the children at Torralesville Elementary. Kramer arrives in Torralesville at random. There's no way to expect him. He may show up, then come back 12 years later, and then come back 8 months after that. He is of course a serial killer. Young Dana Marshall is living through yet another Kramer visit. And she's decided she wants an end to his rampage.
