THESE ARE NOT MY CHARACTERS, THEY ARE RAINBOW ROWELL'S SOME CARRY ON SPOILERS IF YOU HAVE NOT READ CARRY ON OR WAYWARD SON BUT WISH TO YOU PROBABLY SHOULDN'T READ THIS (It's set sometime after Wayward Son, but it doesn't follow the exact story. The only part that ever really happens from Wayward Son is their voyage to America. Simon never lost his magic in Carry On.) Simon loves Baz. Baz loves Simon. Obviously. But what's this?? They have a daughter?? And then Baz gets amnesia. (Terrible summary, I know, but a guaranteed happy ending and an adopted daughter--because of course Simon would want to adopt someone, and of course Baz would be the best with children. These are indisputable facts.)

This was demanded by my meme dealer. Simon snow has lost all his power but a tail and some cool wings remain, oh and he's dating a vampire named baz. But wait. his powers are coming back?!? * gasp* I'm cringe with descriptions but my writing is good i promise

Until a strange couple shows up one day saying that he's there child. From there Simon is pushed into a new world of fancy balls in clothes that are scratchy and new, a pair of crazy parents with even crazier standards, private schools filled with scheming snakes instead of students, and the worst of all, Tyrannus Basilton Grimm-Pitch, or Baz, who seems to be right behind every turn, tunnel and trick. I'm not very good at creative writing yet but I'm proud that I wrote as much as I did. This story takes place between the last chapter and the epilogue. how did Penny and Simon decide to go to college together? and what are Baz's reasons for going back to school? This is mainly focused on Penny, and her relationship with Micah, but there's plenty of snowbaz as sprinkled in. Carry on for people who don't know is a book by Rainbow Rowell as kinda a sequel to Fangirl. Read it, it good.

Begins after Carry On and describes the way Simon Snow and Baz Pitch decide to live out their lives together. It hasn't all been easy, but they are hoping for a normal life. As normal as possible for a vampire magician and his boyfriend who has dragon wings and a devil tail.

I wasn't particularly bothered about watching a movie this evening, but when Snow heard that I had never watched any Harry Potter, he had been horrified. So here we are, me leaning back awkwardly to let Snow's head rest on my shoulder, while his legs are curled up on the sofa, and he is utterly engrossed in what is happening on the screen.

Warmth. It is, to me, the color orange, with a soft red core and yellow radiation. It is playing my violin and the library at home and smelling Daphne's freshly baked cookies as they cool down the hall. It is falling into my wide open, beyond comfortable bed after a long day. Warmth. It is not the scent of the dry, bitter scones they offer at Watford, nor the feeling of uncomfortably tailored school clothes. The sound of silence is not fitting, as it murders my delectation and paints me until I'm feeling melancholy. And blue, it could never be a sign of hospitality. Well, it was, and it was not, would be the more truthful way of putting things. These days, at least.

So I've been seeing a lot of au remakes of the chapter before 61 that end sadly and I just needed something to make me feel better about it, so I wrote this on a whim.
