Savannah Brooks is a 16 year old snowboarder who is training for the Olympics. She trains at a snowboarding facility in Colorado. She's good friends with Kaylie Cruze, who is a gymnast that trains at the Rock. (If you've ever watched ABC Family/Freeform's show, "Make It or Break It", this fic is an interconnected fic. It takes place in the same universe and place, just focuses on snowboarding.

Marley Lawrence, a city girl from Detroit who's life changes when her father passes away. Everyone seemed so happy, smiling, laughing, but a photograph is just a fading memory. Her mother becomes an alcoholic, her best friend and her brother, Connor, becomes introduced to cigarettes which causes anger issues, he deals drugs for money to pay off the house, her moms new boyfriend hates her brother. Marley lives in a world of hate, crime and anger. After a tragic accident she sets out to fufill her dream of the one thing she loves, snowboarding.

Sixteen-year-old Morgan Phillips is on her way to becoming the women's world champion in freeride skiing. As she navigates a year spent at Whistler-Blackcomb Extreme Sports Academy, filled with intense competitions, crazy training sessions, and social and romantic drama, Morgan finds herself wondering if she can really do this. Will she rise above it all and become the World Champion?

Skiers and snowboarders run into each other a lot. This time, it happened to be Chriselle, the sarcastic dark haired skier, and Kyle, aka Kai, the nerd/brokenhearted/popular kid hybrid (whatever that means)? What happens in the remote, snow capped mountains which lack oxygen to help them think properly? Would things change when you added in their best friends in the story?
