Finally turning 18 and graduating high school, soft-hearted Nova travels to a small town near Paris, using the funds she'd saved from working part-time fast-food jobs. After using the majority of the money, grows desperate to find a new job to help cover the rent, she crosses the path of a small, failing bakery with a woman who's looking for help in her bakery after a devastating fall. Determined to help revive the bakery, Nova takes over the cooking and chores, despite her still being a novice to the language and understanding of the country.

During a visit to the fabled Barcelona, two tourists find the kindness of strangers in the midst of protest.

A girl who feels lost finds herself after traveling to another world

As co-workers and mere acquaintances, Richard and Valarie could not have been more different. Richard was a quiet, private introvert and Valarie was a bubbly, sometimes loud extrovert. When Richard's wife of 25+ years unexpectedly passed away, Valarie's compassion and caring nature kicked in. Having experienced much loss in many forms in her life, Valarie felt compelled to help however she could. This one decision was life changing for both of them as they found love through the heartache.

In November 1995 we were travelling around the North Island of New Zealand looking for the place where Tamatea who swallowed, climbed and jumped mountains, known as thick knees, played his flute to his loved one. Too eager to get there only to go back again, we suddenly found ourselves quite literally upside down in a hole. We needed a hero and he appeared in an instant; our very own Caractacus Pott. With a good dose of kindness, a roar from his tractor and a lot of endeavor, he soon got us to roll with it again, and although Tamatea was never found, our adventurous spirit was rekindled.

This is a story about a child abandoned to the wolves at a young age. This child was completely different from all those around him. His name is Dallas Damien. Has Black hair and deep brown eyes with gold flex around his pupil. This is what makes him different from all those around him.

An American high schooler takes a chance on a foreign exchange student that pays dividends in kindness for a lifetime

A girl finds her strength after a breakup and uses her new time to see some friends. This flight would be one of many that would come after her first surprising trip to Southern California.

This is a short story that is based on a real experience that I had at eighteen flying Southwest. The story follows young girl travelling alone for the first time on a Southwest flight and how two women showed generosity in making the trip more comfortable to a place she had never been before.
